Meningiomas
Meningiomas are tumors that arise in brain covering tissue called meninges or dura mater. Several types exist and the vast majority are benign. Symptoms may mimic acoustic neuroma. Depending on what anatomy is involved, a variety of surgical approaches may be recommended.
